Who I am
My passion for Cuisine started when I was a child and encouraged me, after my studies, in my pursuit of new experiences to learn more and more.
Up to today, I continue studying and increasing my knowledges, because I think a Chef must have firm “foundation” of the traditional and basic cooking, but he needs to work hard with great constancy to get the best out of his talent and genius; dishes come as a result of this.
